4、 Construction precautions for stainless steel pipe fittings
1. Stainless steel clamp fittings are thin-walled stainless steel fittings. Please avoid rough operation to avoid defects and dents. Especially in the field, pay attention not to trample on the pipe fittings.

2. For storage of pipes, avoid direct sunlight as much as possible, please cover and protect with plastic tape or safety cloth sheet.
3. When stainless steel pressure pipe fittings are stained with oil, it is necessary to plug and wipe them clean. Especially at the end of pipe and rubber sealing ring of pipe fittings, determine whether there is any foreign matter. If there is any foreign matter, it is necessary to deal with it immediately to avoid more serious consequences.
4. If the pipe fittings cannot be inserted smoothly, check whether the burr at the pipe port has been removed, especially the burr on the inner wall, which will directly affect the joint between the pipe and the pipe.
5. Stainless steel pipe clamp is not clamped temporarily after insertion. Screw the thread before clamping to avoid loosening the crimped joint due to spinning the thread.
6. If the pipe bending is not correct, please correct the straight pipe. The pipe fittings shall not be corrected, and the pressure clamping part may be loose, which is also the cause of leakage. Please note.
7. If there is any relaxation at the clamping position, it can be re pressed at the original clamping position (pay attention to the positive hexagon direction).
8. When the pipeline system is used for other media (such as oil, chemical preparation, gas, etc.) other than water, please contact the manufacturer for discussion. Rubber sealing ring may be damaged by medium corrosion and expansion, which will cause leakage.
9. When the pipeline system is used near the coast or in places with lots of salt water, anti-corrosion measures shall be taken into account. In addition, attention should be paid to the well water, sea water, hot spring water and high salt content fluid.
10. When using hot water, if the water source is untreated well water, it is necessary to consider whether there will be adverse effects on the piping, please pay full attention to it.
